So you might have noticed, summer is here. Or, if you're living north of zone 5, you'll have heard it on the news at least. What this means, other than that I can consider a Magnum lolly and strawberry beer an adequate lunch, is that there is some COLOUR on the streets at last. Alexandra illustrates the spring pastel trend perfectly, channelling Mulberry's ice-cream colours by clashing her fuchsia hair to her minty dress. Oh, and, why the heck not, just adding a little vintage Chanel. Happy Summer, everyone...
i don't mind spring if i can still wear layers but this weather really isn't letting me. summer, don't get me started. i don't look good in a t shirt, bit boring. i won't complain if all the girls look as nice as his lady though
ReplyDeletehead-turning.
ReplyDeleteI love it !!
ReplyDeletebeautiful! x
ReplyDeleteI <3 it !
ReplyDeleteReally like all the contrasts in this look. The Chanel bag just tops it off. But then of course, all girls named Alexandra are sure to look extremely cool ;-) x

ReplyDeleteAh yes, that wonderful brief flash of 'summer' we had so recently - eating ice lollies outside on the grass. Your subject does indeed epitomise ice-cream days. Whereas today, it's back to winter and my brother and dad trudging through slush to go sledging in the snowy hills. Topsy turvy times.
ReplyDeleteShe is cool, makes me want to dye my hair pink! Following :-)
